Save your team's dates in Greetigo. Before each one, Greetigo posts a short reminder to the channel you choose, so everyone knows a birthday or work anniversary is coming up while there is still time to plan.

How it works

1. Save the dates. Add your teammates' birthdays, work anniversaries or any other date in Greetigo.
2. Add Greetigo to Slack. Slack asks which channel to use. Pick one and choose Allow. Greetigo posts one short note there to say who set it up.
3. Get the reminders. The day before each date (or on the days you pick for it), Greetigo posts whose date it is, the occasion and the day, with a link to the reminder. You still get the reminder email.

What Greetigo never does

It never posts the message you plan to send. You review it in Greetigo and send it yourself.
It never sends anything to the person whose date it is. Only the person who saved a date can open its reminder.
It cannot read messages, see who is in your workspace, or post anywhere except the one channel picked when it was added. It asks Slack for one permission, to post in that channel.
It never uses @channel, @here or @everyone.
It uses no AI in Slack, and nothing from Slack is sent to an AI model.

Your data

When you add Greetigo, we keep the workspace name and ID, the channel name, a web address for posting to that channel, an access token for the app and the Slack member ID of the person who added it. We use them only to post your reminders to that channel. The posting address and the token stay on our servers and are never sent to your browser.

Choose Disconnect Slack in Greetigo (Account, Notifications), remove Greetigo from your workspace in Slack, or delete your Greetigo account, and we delete them right away.

What does Greetigo post in Slack?

A short reminder before each saved date: whose date it is, the occasion, the day, and a link to the reminder in Greetigo. The day before by default, or on the days you chose for that date.

Does it post our messages or send anything to the person?

No. The message you write or pick stays in Greetigo until you review it and send it yourself. Greetigo never posts it to the channel and never messages the people you saved.

What can Greetigo do in our Slack?

Only post to the one channel picked when it was added. It asks for one permission (incoming-webhook). It cannot read messages, see who is in the workspace, or post anywhere else.

How do we remove it?

Choose Disconnect Slack in Greetigo (Account, Notifications), or remove Greetigo from your workspace in Slack. Either way Greetigo deletes the Slack connection it saved right away.

What does it cost?

Slack reminders are included on every plan, including Free. Free and Plus hold up to 10 saved dates, and Premium removes the limit. Plus and Premium add AI-written drafts.
