Sign up freeKeep the spreadsheet you already have, with your own column names: a name, a Birthday column and a Start date (or Hire date) column. In Greetigo, choose Add many at once and pick the sheet saved as a CSV file, or copy the cells and paste them. A birthday and a start date on one row are one person with two dates, and you check every row before anything is saved. No list yet? This sample sheet (CSV, three made-up people) has those columns.
Greetigo emails you, not the team, before each date: the day before by default, or up to 14 days before if you want time to pass a card around.
The reminder has a message ready to change: the AI-written draft you saved for that date (Plus and Premium), otherwise a free template. Ideas: birthday wishes for an employee, coworker birthday wishes and work anniversary messages.
Automating the reminder is useful; automating the message is not. Greetigo makes sure you know in time, and nothing goes to anyone until you click Send.

Slack, yes: choose Add to Slack and Greetigo posts a short reminder in one channel you pick (whose date it is, the occasion and the day). It never posts the message itself. Microsoft Teams is not offered. Reminders also come by email to you (and as Mac notifications in the Mac app), and you send the message however your team talks.
