Import a contacts (.vcf) file to add the birthdays and anniversaries saved in your contacts. iPhone, Mac, iCloud.com, Google Contacts and Android can all save one. The file is read on your device.

Get an email before each date, on the days you choose (the day before by default), in the morning in your time zone. It shows the message in full, ready to review and send.

Open WhatsApp with your greeting already typed in, then send it yourself.

Reminder emails, and the messages you send from Greetigo, go out through SendGrid. The person you write to can unsubscribe from messages sent through Greetigo. Links to other websites in your message show as plain text.

Post your reminders to one Slack channel, so the team sees birthdays and work anniversaries coming up. Greetigo never posts your message or sends anything to the person.

Plus and Premium are paid through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Change or cancel your plan on your Account page; past invoices are in the billing portal.

Use Add many at once on the dashboard or People page: choose a spreadsheet (CSV with your own column names, like Name and Birthday) or paste a list, one person per line. You check every row before it saves.

In the Greetigo app for Mac, turn on Mac notifications. macOS shows them at 9 AM on your reminder days and on the day itself, even when the app is closed.
