Ways to Use Greetigo

Pick the one closest to you: which dates to save, when to be reminded and which plan fits. Every reminder is an email in the morning, your time, with a message ready: the day before unless you choose on the day, or 1, 3, 7 or 14 days before.

These are example setups, not customer reviews.

Family birthdays

Free
Save:
Parents, brothers and sisters, grandparents, and your parents' anniversary.
Remind me:
7 days before for anyone who gets a card in the mail, and the day before for a call.
Plan:
Free covers 10 saved dates. Premium removes the limit if your family is bigger.

A partner

Plus
Save:
Their birthday, your anniversary, and any other date that matters to the two of you.
Remind me:
14 days before to plan something, and on the day.
Plan:
Free works too. Plus adds AI-written drafts, once you allow them, if you want help finding the words.

Close friends

Free
Save:
The friends whose birthdays you only see on Facebook, or not at all.
Remind me:
The day before, so the message goes out on time.
Plan:
Paste a list or import a contacts (.vcf), calendar (.ics) or CSV file instead of typing each one.

After you forgot one

Free
Save:
The birthday you missed, right after you say sorry.
Remind me:
The day before, from next year on.
Plan:
Start with what to say now, then save the date so it reaches you next time.

A team lead

Premium
Save:
Each teammate's birthday and work anniversary.
Remind me:
The day before, and 7 days before if you want to organize a card.
Plan:
Premium removes the 10-date limit. You can also add Greetigo to Slack so the reminder is posted in one channel; your message is never posted.

Clients

Premium
Save:
Client birthdays and the anniversary of when you started working together.
Remind me:
3 days before, so a note can go out on the day.
Plan:
Premium removes the 10-date limit and adds AI-written drafts. Nothing is sent until you click Send.
